Dear Rosebud Families,

SUCCESSFUL EVENTS
Thank you for your support of our two fall events. The night at Mary's was well attended and thanks to you, the preschool received a check for nearly $400.00. We moved our Fall Family Carnival from the preschool room to the large room in the church. It was the right move. The event provided a safe environment for young children and their families and friends. Again, thank you for making these events successful.

HOLIDAY CELEBRATIONS
November means the beginning of holiday celebrations for many families. We will continue our policy of emphasis on the foods and colors of the season. By providing healthy snacks and an environment where children are loved and cared for in a gentle manner, they are in an environment that does not add stress to their daily lives during this busy time of year.

NOVEMBER CALENDAR
There are several dates to be aware of in November.

November 4th and 5th from 8:00am -10:00am Guard A Kid will be at Rosebud Preschool. No pre-registration necessary. Information is available by the daily sign-in.

Preschool is closed November 11th for Veteran's Day and Wednesday, November 25th through November 27th for Thanksgiving Vacation.

GIVING TO OTHERS
We will participate in the Redwood Empire Food Drive during the month of November. Our large barrel will arrive this week. You are invited to donate nonperishable food items throughout the month. Some of our older children may understand the process of giving to others. Families can use this event as an opportunity to begin conversations about the act of giving to kids who are in need.
