In case of a natural disaster, epidemic, or other emergency, the church has informally put together some procedures in hopes to providing information and support to the congregation.  The procedures are as follows: 

In the ambulatory (the sanctuary hallway located behind the choir), is a supply of bottled water.  Other emergency items will be stored at this location as we acquire them (i.e. first aid, etc.) 

Sanitizer has been distributed throughout the church bathrooms and public use rooms.  Sanitizer is placed at the Bowen entrance where the MHS breakfast is served. 

With the help of the Sexton’s, in emergency situations, door knobs and bathroom sink handles will be cleaned regularly until the outbreaks subsides with either a bleach/water solution, Lysol, or other appropriate disinfecting cleaner. 

Any members who have provided their email addresses will be emailed with pertinent information.  The office manager has all email addresses in Outlook under the Alias “Emergency”. 
In case the office manager’s computer is not accessible, an excel or pdf document named  “member_emails_ForEmergencyPurposesOnly.pdf” is available on the COR website at a password protected link. 

A phone tree has been established.  The main contact is
Gwen Christiansen (home: 707-537-2256 or cell: 696-0240). 
Gwen will call designated individuals who will call members of the church with pertinent information.
